The service

Article Studio ("we", "us") writes long-form articles from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, or from text you supply on the keyless rail. You ("you", "the customer") pay per piece at the rates published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only write from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we have not documented, or bypass rate limits. Generated articles inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying material; publishing them, and the consequences of publishing them, are yours.

Account and billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 15 credits for an article, 3 for an outline, 2 to rewrite a section — reserved when the work starts and settled on success. Reading, exporting, sharing, revoking a preview and editing are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

An article is a draft for your review, not a verified publication. The guards here are real and described plainly in our documentation — retrieved pages that do not name your subject are dropped, citations that do not resolve are deleted, and a draft leaning on too few of your sources is refused — but they reduce a class of error rather than eliminate error. We do not warrant that any article is complete, current, or correct. Read it before you publish it.

Refunds

Failed and thin runs are refunded automatically: the credit reservation is reversed to the exact pools it was drawn from, and no ledger entry is written. You are not charged when your sources do not cover the subject. On the keyless x402 rail there is no refund mechanism at all, which is why the same checks run before a payment settles rather than after. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any loss arising from something you published.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you have already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms, with notice.
